We have been Kayman users for many years. I highly recommend them. They are always willing to reevaluate what’s working or not working and make changes where needed. They’ve been more than willing to physically come out to the store (a fairly good distance from Greeley). Anytime we have new people they will train them to work better within the support they provide. They honestly feel like “partners” in our service business – which is an overused cliché, but in this case feel correct to say. I also like that they are good listeners when we want to try something new. They will get on board and help with whatever the focus is. Lastly, and importantly as well – we have been dealing with many of the same people for years – so unlike other vendors of this type – their turnover is low, and we are able to build long-term relationships. Again – they are great vendor for us.
